Take out your hankies and wave bye-bye to Veronica! It was nice having you around Veronica. No truck load of mars bars can save you now. CW just canceled the series. There will be no Season 4 of Veronica Mars, ever. Pity, now we’ll never know who will win the sheriff election! Bummer.
Hop over to fallout.bethsoft.com for some new Fallout 3 artwork! They have a teaser countdown for Fallout 3 running. /excited!
Fallout is cult. Need Fallout 3. The pics look damn sweet.
It’s always interesting to see how sites like kotaku.com post rumors about the gaming industry, which game company X will release next and so on. Their guess was good this time. IGN did a live blogging coverage on the Blizzard event at the Worldwide Invitational in Korea here. Now, quickly hop over to starcraft2.com for more information!
Oh lucky us, to have all the violence we want on TV and thank heavens the eke sex stuff is banned, esp. when it involves a teddy bear and a fluffy bunny making out in the back of the car. This reminds me of an old Monty Python sketch where “strangling wild animals” was OK but “masturbation” wasn’t. Oh and before you click on that link… viewer discretion is advised.
Finally it’s official. After many leaked pictures of a HDMI XBox 360 and rumors about a new model it finally has been revealed. The Xbox 360 Elite is back in black, comes with HDMI (cables and adapters included) and a 120GB hard drive. For |33t gamers only? I’d say for anyone who is willing to spend U$ 479,99 bucks and doesn’t have the XBox 360 yet, this is the real deal … and it’s black! The Xbox 360 Elite will be released on the 29th of April 2007 in North America and Canada.
Now I just have to wait for the XBox 360 Crystal Edition with built in 200GB HD, Blu-Ray/HD Combo Drive and Wifi…

I don’t know about you but after having seen the trailer my initial reaction was “Hmmm…”
Sure, I will go see it but I have the distinct feeling that the first movie still is the best one.
HBO has acquired the rights to produce a television series “A Song of Ice & Fire” (2008) based on George R. R. Martin’s best-selling books. The series will be written and produced by David Benioff and D.B. Weiss. [ source ]
If any Cable Network could pull off a Fantasy series based on George R. R. Martin’s books it is HBO. I only hope that the budget is calculated accordingly and that there is no cancelling as there was for Deadwood or Rome. Despite these recent letdowns, I honestly think there is no better choice than HBO for this series. HBO subscribers will have to wait quite some time though to enjoy this gritty and epic fantasy tale of intrigue and murder on screen in 2008.
